Wine and Dine in Cellar

Pairing wine and food in the cellar may sound like a love at first sight.
Your hosts will be Josip and Goran, winemaker. Wine presentation spiced with local food and anecdotes.

  • Wines: Stallion Krystal, Bijela Vila, Zlatarica, Rose Krystal
  • Food option 1: homemade cured ham and cheese (cow/goat milk), olive oil, canapes
  • Food option 2: cured ham and cheese (cow/goat milk), olive oil, grilled meat (beef, poultry, veal), vegetable creme salad
  • Possible options: vegetarian
  • Duration: 30-120 mins
  • Price for option 1: 10-15 EUR per person
  • Price for lunch: 50 EUR per person (minimum booking is 4 adults )

Gourmet Dining in Vineyard

True gourmet dining experience for nature lovers, who enjoy fine local wine and local food. Fresh breeze is the spice we all enjoy, especially with sunsets during dinner time. Also during whole session, your hosts will be Josip and Goran, winemaker.

  • Aperitive: sweet and bitter homemade liquers
  • Wines: Stallion Krystal, Bijela Vila, Zlatarica, Rose Krystal
  • Food: local prosciutto and cheese (cow/goat milk), olive oil, grill (beef, lamb, veal), vegetable salad
  • Dessert: cake and ice cream
  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Price: 50 EUR per person (minimum booking is 4 adults)

Had a wonderful wine tasting experience with Goran and Marica. Lovely people, very enthusiastic about their wine production. We especially liked one of their white wines, it was delicious, very crisp and refreshing. The walnut liqueur was fabulous too! No pressure to buy, but we did, as their prices are very good too. Delightful times in this hidden gem close to the highway with friendly Josip in his family's cellar. Krystal Modus is a boutique, family-owned operation specializing in a local grape grown only by three vineyards. We enjoyed the white, rosé and red vintages (he also makes a mean brandy). Next time we return we will book the lunch in the vineyard!

My mother-in-law gave my husband and me a bottle of wine from this vineyard. Of course it tastes completely different than wine from the supermarket — it's true wine and that was a really nice gift 🙂 We will need to go there by ourselves cause she highly reccommends this beautiful place and we want to try other varietes as well

If you search for a organic, good and decent winery, then you are right at Krystal Modus! The winemaker Goran is a professional, knows exactly what he is doing and is a lovely host as well. The tasting was amazing. We also had tasty food beside the tasting. I also recommend you to go there while daylight, so you can visit the vineyard. It was a unforgettable experience and taste!
